KGS Swiflex® QS Diamond K-Loc, a versatile precision tool, enables you to grind, smooth or polish materials with complex shapes. A user friendly flexible diamond tool for finishing and dimensioning flat and contoured surfaces. Rigid enough to remove material at a high rate and flexible enough to follow difficult geometries easily. Thanks to the diamond, the sanding disc has a very long life compared to conventional quick change sanding discs.
Suitable for a variety of hard-to-grind materials, including glass, ceramic, composite, marble, hard stone and granite. The disc has a diameter of 50 mm and features a K-Loc "quick connect" system at the back. This system ensures a good connection between the sanding disc and the adapter. The KGS Swiflex® QS K-Loc disc is suitable for dry use on an angle grinder, for example on the KGS PSK 3 pneumatic angle grinder.
The abrasive surface is made of diamond in a unique pattern developed by KGS DIAMOND. This Swiflex® QS pattern is highly aggressive, ensures fast results and a long service life. Available in seven different grit sizes. Grit 60, 120, 200 and 400 are metal bonded and grit 500, 1500 and 3000 are resin bonded. If you want a nice polished surface use the complete range from coarse to fine (60 until 3000).
