The KGS Speedline® ORG diamond polishing disc is one of the most widely used diamond polishing discs in the natural stone and concrete processing industry. The high diamond concentration and unique hardness provide an excellent shine, long life and fast results.
The disc is suitable for grinding and polishing the most common materials such as granite, marble, hard stone, ceramic, composite, terrazzo and even concrete. In addition to grinding, the disc can also be used to make facets and polish edges. The disc is provided with velcro on the back. In combination with an adapter, the discs are suitable for wet use on an angle grinder.
KGS Speedline® ORG series contains different grits, which can be used both separately and together. For a nice glossy result, it is recommended to use the grits of the KGS Speedline® ORG series consecutively. Grit 50 to 120 are suitable for calibrating and grinding. Grit 400 to 800 can be used for smoothing of surfaces and gives a matt surface effect. Please note that with concrete, grit 400 to 800 is enough for a shiny effect. On other types of stone grit 1500 and 3000 will give a shiny end result. Do you want just the extra gloss? Then there is grit 10000 finishing touch.
