SMALL BELTS FOR HAND-HELD MACHINES
Specifically developed in co-partnership with OEM’s and designed to equip automatic seaming machines.
Flexible diamond tools do not stress the glass, adapt themselves to the edges of glass, arrissing the glass smoothly and fast, eliminating the potential for glass cracks and chips. This allows processing of panes of glass which are out of square.
Developed with and for Lisec KSR / KSL seaming machines. Tested and approved also with other seaming machine builders a proven concept all around the world.
Twin or cross belt glass arrissing machines are available in wet and dry grinding versions.
In combination with KGS Diamond belts these machines provide a high performance with a perfect edge quality.
Ideal for edging and cleaning nonstandard shapes, awkward cut-outs and door hinge returns can easily be finished.

DIAMOND HANDPADS
Specialist glass companies, like glass fencing firms (swimming pools) utilize KGS spiral belts for shaping, cleaning the edges of drilled holes (for locking systems) in glass doors.
Artisan companies use them for shaping sculptures. Spiral belts can also be used for corner dubbing applications, available up to Ø150 mm for expanding rubber drums.
Theseproducts are often used in the cyrstal glass industry, lapidary and technical quartz.
