Cloth Emerizing

KGS DIAMOND created a range of individual products for a unique industry. Cloth emerizing or “Peaching” products have been created by working with textile finishing engineers to reach the optimum performance and best effect for micro-finishing fabrics. So far KGS supplies to textile mills and finishers for bottom wear / shirting fabric / home textile  / denim fabrics.

The KGS diamond emery strips and sheets are able to peach woven, knitted and warp-knitted fabrics from 80 – 500 gsm. Strips and sheets can be supplied for trapezoid machines or in lengths up to 20 meters. Suitable for wet or dry use - with or without "tails"
