Objective

We are looking for an all-round Technical Employee for our technical department who knows how to get things done and enjoys variety. Are you someone who likes to build, maintain, and optimize machines? Then we would like to meet you!

The role

As a Technical Service employee at KGS DIAMOND, you will be versatile and responsible for:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of our machines and production lines
• Troubleshooting (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic)
• Assisting with the construction, conversion, and installation of new machines
• Construction and welding work, assembly, and minor repairs
• Contributing to improvements and optimizations of our processes and machines
• Collaborating with operators, production staff, and external partners
• Working in multidisciplinary teams to accelerate technical innovation

Your profile

You are a driven and quality-conscious engineer with knowledge and experience in galvanic production. You are a problem solver, strongly collaborative, and want to make a real impact within an innovative international organization. You also have the following qualities:

• Technical background: You have an affinity for technology and a degree (MBO level) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar. Even if you are still studying or have just graduated, you are welcome to apply
• Eagerness to learn and motivation: You are keen to work in a technical environment and are open to learning new things
• Basic technical knowledge: You have some knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, hydraulics, or pneumatics
• Skill with tools: Experience with welding, machining, or construction work is an advantage, but not a must
• Reading drawings: You can read technical drawings or are willing to learn
• Practical and solution-oriented: You think in terms of solutions and tackle things independently
• Team player: You are good at working with others, but can also work independently
• Flexibility: You are willing to work outside regular working hours when necessary
