PROCESS ENGINEER M/V

Do you have a passion for process optimization and technical innovation? As a Process Engineer at KGS DIAMOND, you will be the linchpin in improving production processes, machines and installations. You will work from concept to implementation and will be a real troubleshooter within our team.

What will you be doing? 

• Analyzing, improving and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency, quality and reliability.
• Developing and implementing new machines, installations and working methods to make our production lines future-proof.
• Identifying and solving process problems and bottlenecks through data analysis and process research.
• Drafting and implementing work instructions and protocols to guarantee standardized and safe working methods.
• Supervising design changes and technical innovations in collaboration with R&D, Engineering and Production.
• Supporting production teams with training and supervision during the implementation of new processes and working methods.
• Reporting to management and developing proposals for continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement innovative solutions and improvements.

What do you bring to the table? 

• Higher professional education (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Engineering or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a production environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, FMEA, PDCA and process optimization.
• Experience with Fusion360, project software and machine programming.
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
