ELECTROPLATING ENGINEER M/V

Are you an experienced professional in galvanic plating processes and ready to take your technical knowledge to the next level? At KGS DIAMOND, we are looking for an Electroplating Engineer who will not only guarantee the quality and efficiency of our plating processes, but also contribute to innovations within the industry.

What will your job involve (in brief)?

• Monitoring quality and improving the electroplating process and the end products.
• Developing new plating processes and optimizing existing processes.
• Analyzing and solving problems within the plating department.
• Translating innovations to production and contributing to product development.
• Conducting research and reporting within R&D projects, including WBSO administration.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and make proposals for process improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues from engineering, R&D and Process Development to keep KGS at the forefront of the market.

What do you bring to the table?

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level and experience in galvanic production.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, FMEA, PDCA and process optimization.
• Technical insight into mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical circuits.
• Experience with Fusion360, project software and machine programming.
• Team spirit, innovative thinking and a proactive attitude.
